Lahav Shani had only been a chef in Rotterdam for a month when he received his first five-star review with his rendition of Bruckner's Seventh. "Grand, alert, warm-blooded," wrote NRC. Good news for those who want to be able to listen to this monumental symphony at home: last year we made a new studio recording. It will be released on CD at Warner Classics on June 9 and will be available at the Friends Shop during our concerts this weekend.
