A festive musical evening: Christmas magic with Maria Milstein: from The Nutcracker Suite to Tchaikovsky’s enchanting Sérénade mélancolique.
Christmas is on its way! Get out the decorations, light your finest candles, and bring some evergreen into your home—we’ll provide the perfect soundtrack. The Nutcracker Suite, the ultimate classical Christmas hit, is a must, but we’re bringing plenty more festive delights. Star of the evening is Maria Milstein, who has Tchaikovsky in her blood and shines in his beautifully indulgent Sérénade mélancolique. Pure enjoyment!
Feel free to arrive a little earlier or stay a bit longer and let your senses be stimulated. Create your own Christmas perfume, design your own Christmas arrangement, or put together your own cookie mix. The doors open at 7:00 PM, and after the concert you’re welcome to stay for a drink.

Smell, see, hear, and taste Christmas: from fragrant perfumes to floral clouds, warm vocals and freshly baked treats — experience the season in all its forms.
Smell the Christmas season
As soon as you enter, you’ll be surrounded by an enchanting Christmas fragrance, created by the scents of Fôret Atelier.
You can also craft your own Christmas perfume, inspired by European landscapes. Learn about the use of aromatic plants, trees, and natural materials, with a focus on conifers such as spruce, pine, and juniper. Guided by Maidie van de Bos from Forêt Atelier, you’ll discover the process of distillation and making tinctures. You’ll go home with a small bottle of your own handcrafted, 100% natural eau de parfum.
See the Christmas season
Let your creativity take flight! In this workshop, you’ll create your own Christmas Cloud: an airy, cloud-shaped arrangement made from organic flowers, branches, and plants. Using colourful, seasonal flowers from local growers, you’ll design a sustainable eye-catcher that not only brings atmosphere into your home but also supports healthier flower cultivation.

Step into the magical world of The Nutcracker and discover the power of singing together! Under the guidance of VOISZ — a group of talented a cappella singers who aim to move and inspire — you’ll learn how to create a complete musical experience without instruments. Feel the magic of harmony and become part of a musical Christmas story.

Bring the delightful aroma of freshly baked Christmas cookies into your home! Together with the bakers from Aap Noot Brood, you’ll put together your own cookie mix to bake at home.
