In Italy, everything is opera. Drama is life and arias are its soundtrack, sounding from the most distinguished theaters to the working-class neighborhoods. It is no different with us: Verdi, Rossini and Puccini can be heard here in the De Doelen, but also in De Kuip - although in the stadium you miss the golden voice of the American soprano Emily Pogorelc. This turns this concert into an experience: a sensation on the stage. Italy has the right to be envious.
